Job Overview

The Recruitment Consultant – Non-Clinical will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing professionals into non-clinical roles across NHS trusts, private hospitals, care organisations, and support services. This includes roles such as administrators, receptionists, customer service staff, finance assistants, HR officers, and other essential back-office and operational positions.

This position is suited for a process-driven, people-focused recruiter with the ability to manage a high-volume desk, work under pressure, and deliver outstanding candidate and client experiences.

Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for temporary, contract, and permanent non-clinical roles.
Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, databases, social media, and referral networks.
Screen and interview applicants to assess suitability and match them with appropriate vacancies.
Liaise with clients to understand role specifications, deadlines, and team dynamics.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, offer negotiation, and onboarding processes.
Ensure all placements meet compliance requirements including Right to Work, references, and background checks.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and vacancy records in the ATS.
Build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers to promote repeat business and referrals.
Support recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and community outreach efforts to grow the talent pool.
Collaborate with compliance, payroll, and account management teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Requirements

1–2+ years of recruitment experience (non-clinical, business support, or office staffing preferred).
Understanding of recruitment compliance, Right to Work checks, and reference verification.
Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms (CV-Library, Reed, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organised and able to manage multiple vacancies and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
Proficient in using ATS and CRM platforms for recruitment workflow.
Commercially minded with a positive, target-driven attitude.
Degree in Business, HR, or related field (preferred but not essential).
