£27,000 – £33,000 base + Realistic OTE £45,000 – £68,000 (Earn up to 46% of your billings)

The role

  • Run your own 360 recruitment desk with autonomy
  • Build, develop and maintain client relationships

What we’re looking for

  • Experience: At least 1 year in recruitment (any sector, financial services a bonus)
  • Attitude: Self-motivated, accountable, resilient, and driven to succeed
  • Mindset: Ambitious, collaborative, and results-focused
