We are looking for a recruitment coordinator to join our first class recruitment team. Your role will be to provide seamless support to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and assessments, liaising directly with candidates, and conducting pre-employment checks.
  • Keep candidates informed at various stages of the recruitment process and support onboarding for new starters to ensure a positive experience.
  • Respond to routine enquiries, manage the busy recruitment line and inbox, and present in front of others remotely or face to face as needed.
  • Facilitate and present on our first day induction for new starters.
  • Be the first and last point of contact for candidates in their recruitment journey.

Qualifications and attributes

  • Demonstrable experience in providing first class administrative support within a busy team.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment administrative processes and ability to manage a demanding workload.
  • Highly organized with the ability to plan and prioritise tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to hit the ground running in a 12-month fixed term contract.
