Your Role: As a Billing Manager focused on interim marketing or digital roles, you’ll be part of 3Search, a market-leading brand under the 11 Investments umbrella.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture a high-quality network of clients and candidates in the digital industry
  • Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle
  • Management of an experienced team
  • Drive business development and grow market share
  • Lead on complex negotiations and client strategy
  • Collaborate with your team to hit individual and collective targets
  • Act as a mentor to junior consultants and support training initiatives
  • Champion our brand and values inside and outside the business

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong track record of hitting personal and team revenue targets
  • Contract/interim recruitment experience
  • Previous management or mentoring experience, or a desire to go on this journey
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High levels of self-motivation and goal orientation
  • A passion for your niche—someone who wants to be known as a thought leader
  • A collaborative mindset—you encourage ideas, give and receive feedback, and celebrate others
  • Most of all: someone who still loves doing recruitment
