About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and innovative Recruitment Manager to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position, where you will play a key role in developing, leading, and inspiring our recruitment consultants to achieve their full potential. You will be responsible for managing and coaching a remote team, ensuring they perform to the highest standards. This requires not only traditional management skills but also the ability to think outside the box and utilise digital collaboration tools (such as Microsoft Teams) to maintain motivation, build engagement, and drive results in a remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruitment consultants remotely.
• Drive individual and team performance through clear objectives, feedback, and development plans.
• Create innovative ways to engage and motivate employees virtually.
• Implement and refine recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and high-quality delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and targets, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture.

About You

We are looking for someone with a strong track record in recruitment management who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to bring the best out of people, even at a distance.

• Essential skills and experience:
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or Senior Consultant with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of recruitment practices and industry standards.
• Excellent coaching, mentoring, and motivational skills.
• Comfortable managing performance and KPIs remotely.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt and innovate in a changing environment.
