Role

• As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will earn £12.21 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Virtually interview candidates across the UK to work for various high profile clients.
• Work in a fast-paced environment to effectively meet labour pool targets.
• Ensure that all activities comply with regulations.
• Embed and promote a customer-centric orientation and ethos within the team.
• Work as part of our friendly team.

Hours

• Monday to Friday 09:00–17:00.
• Potential for overtime during peak periods.

Ideal Candidate

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during busy periods.
• Comfortable dealing with candidates over the phone and interviewing them for available roles with our clients.
• Ability to meet deadlines and hit targets.
• Effective communication skills.
