Are you an organised Customer Service Professional with a confident telephone manner looking for a different challenge to progress your career? Meridian have recently won a number of contracts and are therefore looking for a bright Customer Service individual to join our National Recruitment Centre as a Recruitment Resourcer with the flexibility to work from home!

This Recruitment Resourcer role is a 3 month fixed term contract offering a pro rata salary of £25,600 per annum, working full time 8am-5pm Monday to Friday, although we can be flexible.

Meridian Business Support is one of the largest privately owned recruitment companies in the UK, and as Recruitment Resourcer within the National Recruitment Centre you will be responsible for sourcing high volumes of candidates for a variety of temporary industrial roles across the UK.

You will be making approximately 80 calls per day to applicants, explaining the role in more detail and asking a set of questions to ensure their suitability for the role. You will book the candidates in for a registration appointment with the local branch, providing excellent customer service at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

• Customer Service experience within an office environment/call centre is essential
• Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and in-house databases/CRM systems
• Any experience within the recruitment industry is advantageous but not essential
• An excellent telephone manner with drive and ambition to succeed
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines
• Flexibility in priorities; no working day is the same; this is not a sales role
