About the Role We are looking for an exceptional Regional Health & Safety Lead to join our Property & Estates team at Oasis Community Learning and become part of the Oasis Global family. You will provide expert health and safety advice, supporting academies and national colleagues in meeting their responsibilities. The role may be remote based or at our National Office, with frequent travel to academies in London, Southampton and Bristol.
Source expert health and safety advice to academies and national colleagues. Support the National H&S Lead in providing an exceptional health and safety service. Maintain our health and safety management system resources. Deliver training, coaching and mentoring to staff.
Experience and Skills
Operational health and safety management experience. Sound understanding of health, safety and wellbeing in the education sector. Excellent communication and presentation skills. A certified member of IOSH (or working towards). Confident user of ICT. UK driving licence and a vehicle. Alignment to the ethos and values of the organisation.
