About the Role At Oasis Community Learning we have a vision to create Exceptional Education at the Heart of the Community. All our academies are committed to providing a rich educational experience and ensuring that every child and young person has the opportunity to achieve at the highest level. We are looking for an exceptional Regional Health & Safety Lead to join our Property & Estates team. You will be a source of expert health and safety advice, providing essential guidance and support to academies and national colleagues in meeting their health and safety responsibilities. The role can be remote based or at our National Office, with frequent travel to academies in London, Southampton and Bristol. Qualifications
Experience in operational health and safety management Sound understanding of health, safety and wellbeing in the education sector Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to coach, mentor and deliver training to staff Certified member of IOSH (or working towards) Confident user of ICT Aligned to the ethos and values of the organisation UK driving licence and own a car
