Health and Safety Regional Trainer

South Region - South West and Wales | Training | Permanent | Full Time

As a Health and Safety Regional Trainer for the South Region, you will have a Level 3 Award in Education and Training or equivalent, preferably an RLSS TA Qualification. You will also have experience in lifeguard and first aid training delivery across multiple sites, along with strong influencing and communication skills. Ideally, you will also have the ability to build relationships, engage with people, and deliver with impact.

This role requires significant travel and overnight stays to provide the regional training programme across 25+ locations.

As our Health and Safety Regional Trainer, you will:

• Build positive relationships and maintain a proactive attitude

• Deliver training tailored to individual learners' needs

• Create resources and training materials that meet learners' needs and comply with awarding body standards

• Support learners throughout their journey, including qualification attainment, CPD, and renewal, fostering competence and excellence

• Follow Nuffield Health and External Awarding Body guidance for delivering and assessing regulated and non-regulated courses

• Ensure all sites achieve the required health and safety training standards and compliance levels

Lead Responsibility

• Lead the national training team in your area of expertise, depending on your skills and experience. We look forward to hearing how you could contribute to leading the team.

• Working across multiple sites in a regional capacity

• Managing and leading projects effectively
