You will contribute to reviewing and improving HR policies and processes, ensure they remain robust, compliant, and fit for purpose. You will help to build the confidence and capability of managers to handle challenging people issues, while also ensuring risks are managed and outcomes are balanced. You will identify training needs and provide practical, hands-on guidance to resolve disputes and mitigate risks. From time to time, you will be involved in wider HR projects, including TUPE, reorganisations, and change initiatives, supporting both operational teams and HR colleagues across the business.
