Job Description:
The Regional Sales Manager will play a key role in accelerating growth in the European market. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for winning and growing strategic accounts while leading a team of Account Managers. You will also shape the go-to-market approach and manage overall performance and margin for the region, focusing on traffic sources, delivery optimisation, and customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with a team of 10, collaborating with Account Managers and cross-functionally with teams such as Delivery, Marketing, and Product. Additionally, you will work with leadership to inform the company's go-to-market strategy and contribute to its ambitious global plans. This role offers significant ownership and the chance to make a real impact both for clients and millions of jobseekers worldwide.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the commercial strategy for the region, focusing on acquiring strategic new business and driving sustainable revenue growth.
- Own the commercial performance and P&L for the region, balancing revenue growth, client success, and delivery efficiency.
- Manage and develop a team of Account Managers, coaching them to achieve exceptional client outcomes.
- Build and maintain a portfolio of high-value clients, combining sales with ongoing account development.
- Research and target new segments, identifying high-potential leads and converting them into long-term partnerships.
- Oversee traffic channel strategy and performance, focusing on margin, ROI, and long-term client satisfaction.
What we're looking for:
- Fluency in English, with German or Dutch being a bonus.
- Proven experience in a commercial or business development role, ideally within tech, media, or recruitment.
- A track record of winning and growing strategic accounts.
- Demonstrable experience in team leadership or management.
- Analytical thinking and a data-driven approach to campaign and performance optimisation.
- A hands-on attitude — you’re not afraid to pick up the phone or jump on a client call.
- A growth mindset and passion for helping clients and team members succeed.
A few nice to haves:
- Understanding of online advertising, particularly with CPC model/pricing.
- Experience in the recruitment or HR tech industry.
- Additional language skills.
