Position

Regional Support Manager – South West of England (London, Greater London, United Kingdom)

Salary: £34,000 per year (includes Pension & Perkbox, Wagestream). Employment type: Full‑time, Permanent. Posted 7 days ago. Closing date: 17/12/2025.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct monthly reviews to analyse regional performance.
  • Schedule employees and manage staffing needs.
  • Manage employee recruitment, contracts, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor service delivery and customer satisfaction levels.
  • Lead employee engagement and succession planning efforts.
  • Identify and address contract KPIs for improvement.
  • Maintain financial accuracy and manage performance.
  • Develop assignment instructions and risk assessments.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a team supervisor role within a sizeable security‑based environment.
  • Experience in managing members of staff within a team, project management, health and safety compliance, and line management.
  • Strong leadership, professional integrity, and effective communication skills.
  • Excellent decision‑making judgement while working in a fluid and fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • UK driving licence and a five‑year work history.
  • Full 5‑year checkable work or back‑to‑school history is required; bring right‑to‑work documents and recent proof of address to interview.

Additional Information
