We’re currently looking for a Regional Support Manager to join the team at Highgate Care working remotely covering Yorkshire and surrounding areas. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support the homes when a Manager is absent and provide support to the Directors
  • Attend local authority meetings/Regional Team Meetings/Safeguarding Meetings as required
  • Provide on‑call/weekend cover as required
  • Any other duties that the line manager sees appropriate to ensure the smooth running of the homes.
  • Audit and support all staff to deliver their duties in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ensure that staffing levels are appropriate/safe to meet the needs of the residents at all times.
  • Audit and implement and oversee the introduction and reception processes for all new residents.
  • Audit and ensure the protection of all residents, safeguard and promote their health, welfare and quality of life.
  • Assist staff in the overseeing of development of a care plan for each resident in consultation with the resident, other relevant professionals and, where appropriate, the resident’s representative or family members.
  • Audit and ensure the effective implementation and review of all care plans.
  • Investigate all complaints, carrying out the required action, and reporting to the Director and, where necessary, the Registration Authorities.
