Main duties of the job
Akari Care offers up to £1500 welcome bonus (subject to T&Cs) for new nurses. The role involves leading, coaching, and mentoring a team to create a warm, inclusive environment while ensuring the highest standards of care. The ideal candidate is a registered nurse with an active PIN, a caring nature, leadership skills, good communication, and flexibility.

Job responsibilities
Package: Up to £1500 welcome bonus (T&Cs apply). As a nurse, you will provide direct, hands-on care, lead and mentor staff, and ensure residents' dignity and well-being are prioritized.
