Please note that during your first 2-3 months, during your induction period, you’ll be expected to spend more time in our Birmingham office for training purposes.**ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY**We have an exciting opportunity to join our expanding **Business Banking Relationship Team**, where we’re passionate about supporting businesses and delivering outstanding customer experiences.This team is focused on deepening relationships with high-value Business Banking clients through a pooled Relationship Management model. You’ll play a key role in helping Business & Commercial Banking achieve its ambition to be the best bank for businesses - by proactively supporting clients with their growth plans and bringing the full breadth of the bank’s expertise to them.As a **Specialist Business Manager**, you’ll be responsible for delivering a first-class experience to a pooled set of clients.
