Release Manager (Oracle Fusion)

Rate - £600 (A day)

Location - Manchester (Hybrid)

Duration - 6 Months +

Ir35 - Inside Ir35 (Must use an umbrella company)

We're looking for an experienced Cloud Environment & Release Manager to take end-to-end ownership of Oracle Fusion ERP environments, ensuring quarterly updates, environment refreshes, and release activities are planned, tested, and delivered smoothly. This role supports a large ERP implementation and establishes robust, repeatable release processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage Oracle Fusion quarterly patches, environment refreshes, and release schedules across DEV, TEST, PRE-PROD, and PROD.
• Coordinate regression and UAT testing, track defects, and maintain regression packs.
• Oversee stakeholder communications, risk assessments, and downtime notifications for all updates.
• Act as primary liaison with Oracle support and implementation partners, driving issue resolution.
• Develop a release management playbook and support a seamless transition to BAU operations.

Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience managing Oracle Fusion Cloud or similar SaaS ERP platforms.
• Strong knowledge of quarterly patching, release planning, and environment refreshes.
• Familiarity with integration flows and testing (e.g., Boomi).
• Understanding of RBAC, audit, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder, and vendor-management skills
