Service Care Solutions is working alongside a reputable and well-established high‑street firm, based in Oxfordshire, which is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their thriving department across offices in Abingdon, Didcot and Wallingford. Role: Residential Property SolicitorLocation: OxfordshireSalary: £50,000 to £70,000 Key Responsibilities
Manage conveyancing matters from instruction to completion. Provide accurate legal advice and clear client communication. Meet performance and compliance requirements (AML, GDPR, etc.). Support local marketing initiatives and monitor billing/cashflow.
Key Requirements
5+ years’ PQE as Residential Property Solicitor in England and Wales. Recent case management experience and sound compliance awareness. Commercially minded with willingness to support business development.
