The Role

As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will handle a diverse caseload of conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions. The role offers the opportunity to work with an experienced, forward-thinking team that values efficiency, client care, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth progression of matters.
  • Providing clear, practical legal advice and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
  • Contributing to team discussions and business development where appropriate.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ years’ experience in residential property.
  • Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and Land Registry requirements.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Confident managing files independently with attention to detail and client satisfaction.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and commercially minded.
