The opportunity
You'll be stepping into a role where you're valued for your expertise, trusted with responsibility, and given the platform to grow. Day to day, you can expect to:

  • Act for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals on complex and high-value property transactions.
  • Handle the full spectrum of residential conveyancing, including leasehold and freehold sales, purchases, and transfers.
  • Develop relationships with existing clients and brokers, while also building new connections to support the Cambridge office's business development strategy.
  • Work as part of a close-knit Cambridge team with the backing of a much larger national group.


What we're looking for
The team is seeking someone with strong technical grounding and the ambition to push their career forward. You'll bring:

  • At least 2 years' PQE as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive.
  • Proven experience across a range of residential conveyancing matters.
  • Confidence with CMS, Microsoft Office, and digital case management systems.
  • An appetite for business development and growing client relationships in the Cambridge market.
