Oculus Legal Group is partnering with a highly regarded, multi office regional law firm who are looking to grow their Residential Property team. This is a great opportunity to become a key member in their residential property offering, handling a variety of high-quality matters. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a diverse caseload, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, new builds, equity releases, and re-mortgages.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documentation related to residential conveyancing.
• Manage transactions from start to finish, ensuring exceptional accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and requirements.
