  • Empower and lead a high-performing Resourcing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous development.
  • Deliver impactful, end-to-end recruitment campaigns, including senior and national-level roles, ensuring excellence, compliance, and candidate experience.
  • Design bold, evidence-based attraction strategies, tailored to hard-to-fill roles and aligned with NICE’s values and workforce priorities.
  • Champion inclusive and values-led recruitment, driving improvements in equality, diversity, and inclusion across all resourcing activity.
  • Provide expert guidance to hiring managers, building capability and confidence through strategic advice, toolkits, and training.
  • Lead the job evaluation process, ensuring fairness, transparency, and alignment with Agenda for Change principles and organisational structures.
  • Depose for the Head of Resourcing & Intelligence, representing the function internally and externally with credibility and influence.
  • Streamline and modernise resourcing operations, identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Manage key contracts and relationships, including TRAC and interim recruitment providers, working closely with Procurement and Finance.
  • Collaborate across the People Team, ensuring joined-up service delivery and contributing to wider HR projects and strategic workforce initiatives.

As part of the People team and wider Facilities, Improvement & People Directorate, we’ve achieved:
