Responsible Business & DEI Executive – Location: Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester. 12 month FTC.

Our people are our success, and we work as one team. This role supports the Responsible Business Manager in delivering the firm-wide ESG strategy, with a particular focus on the Community pillar. Central to this is advancing the Firm’s aspiration to Inspire Young Lives – creating opportunities for young people through meaningful outreach, partnerships, and engagement.

Our standard working hours are 9:30am-5:30pm; flexible working requests will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the firm’s global network of charities and education partners as part of Community Investment & Charity Partnerships.
  • Support local Community Investment Action Groups across offices and manage the firm’s donations process, ensuring timely and compliant payments.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and expand access and opportunity through Schools Outreach & Youth Engagement; lead and support outreach initiatives aligned with Inspire Young Lives.
  • Represent the firm at external meetings, conferences, and events; collaborate with the Business Development and Communications teams to showcase impact.
  • Support planning and delivery of DEI activities, campaigns and events; attend and run inclusion groups (ERGs) and assist with planning, promotion and delivery of events across offices.
  • Assist with planning and delivery of Responsible Business and Community Investment events; coordinate logistics and communications with partners and managers.
