The Role:

Contentious Focus: Primarily acting for insolvency office-holders on antecedent transaction claims and breach of duty matters under the Insolvency Act and Companies Act.

Varied Client Base: Representing IPs, lenders, directors, litigation funders, and distressed investors.

Case Complexity: A real chance to work on heavyweight disputes and advisory matters with cross-border elements.

Mentoring & Support: Learn from some of the best, with a clear path to progression and increasing responsibility.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years’ PQE in Restructuring & Insolvency, ideally with some contentious experience under your belt
• Technical expertise in the Insolvency Act 1986 and Companies Act 2006
• Sharp drafting and legal research skills with a flair for finding practical solutions
• Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle deadlines with ease
• Driven and commercially minded, with the confidence to build client relationships and contribute to business growth
