The Role
We’re looking for a Revenue Analyst to take ownership of our revenue streams and play a pivotal role in driving our monetisation strategy. You’ll partner with Commercial, Data, and Finance teams to deliver seamless billing processes, accurate revenue recognition, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone with a big-picture mindset, strong initiative, and a passion for improving processes. What You’ll Be Doing
- Revenue & Billing Management
- Own the end-to-end client billing process, from set-up to reconciliation.
- Maintain an up-to-date partnerships register across advertising and partnerships.
- Ensure accurate, timely invoicing in collaboration with Commercial teams.
- Support debt recovery and resolve client billing queries.
- Process Improvements & Systems
- Standardise billing inputs across teams.
- Work with Finance Transformation to deliver an automated billing solution.
- Identify and drive improvements across Finance Ops, Commercial, and Commercial Finance.
- Advertising Revenue
- Analyse ad impressions data via Google Ad Manager (GAM) for accurate billing.
- Reconcile GAM, insertion orders, and billed amounts.
- Support campaign tracking, bespoke elements (e.g., promo codes), and international trading deals.
- Deliver pipeline tracking, client retention metrics, and revenue analysis.
- Partnership Revenue
- Reconcile and analyse partnership data for monetisation and billing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in a revenue, billing, or finance-related role.
- Advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivots, reconciliations).
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
- Strong communicator, able to collaborate across teams.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Independent, proactive, and eager to continuously improve.
- Salesforce experience (nice to have).
