The RoleWe’re looking for a Revenue Analyst to take ownership of our revenue streams and play a pivotal role in driving our monetisation strategy. You’ll partner with Commercial, Data, and Finance teams to deliver seamless billing processes, accurate revenue recognition, and operational excellence.This role is ideal for someone with a big-picture mindset, strong initiative, and a passion for improving processes. If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and want to make a tangible impact, this is the opportunity for you.The role could be based in either our London or Edinburgh office.What You’ll Be DoingRevenue & Billing ManagementOwn the end-to-end client billing process, from set-up to reconciliation.Maintain an up-to-date partnerships register across advertising and partnerships.Ensure accurate, timely invoicing in collaboration with Commercial teams.Support debt recovery and resolve client billing queries.Process Improvements & SystemsStandardise billing inputs across teams.Work with Finance Transformation to deliver an automated billing solution.Identify and drive improvements across Finance Ops, Commercial, and Commercial Finance.Advertising RevenueAnalyse ad impressions data via Google Ad Manager (GAM) for accurate billing.Reconcile GAM, insertion orders, and billed amounts.Support campaign tracking, bespoke elements (e.g., promo codes), and international trading deals.Deliver pipeline tracking, client retention metrics, and revenue analysis.Partnership RevenueReconcile and analyse partnership data for monetisation and billing.Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting.What We’re Looking For2+ years in a revenue, billing, or finance-related role.Advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivots, reconciliations).High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.Strong communicator, able to collaborate across teams.Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.Independent, proactive, and eager to continuously improve.Salesforce experience (nice to have).Your MindsetComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proactive, curious, and driven by continuous improvement.Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a culture of excellence.More information:Enjoy fantastic perks like private healthcare & dental insurance, a generous work from abroad policy, 2-for-1 share purchase plans, an EV Scheme to further reduce carbon emissions, extra festive time off, and excellent family-friendly benefits.We prioritise career growth with clear career paths, transparent pay bands, personal learning budgets, and regular learning days.
