About the role

Our Operations team builds the machine that lets us move faster than anyone else. We think critically, act decisively, and lay the foundations for scale — from systems and tooling to compliance and culture. We’re not just keeping the lights on, we’re redefining what great looks like behind the scenes.

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Leadwho’s curious, analytical, and laser-focused on delivering value — and wants to help reinvent how millions of people work.

What you'll do

Analyze Attio’s full PLG funnel, including understanding pipeline metrics, conversion rates, churn, and ARR growth to identify levers for improvement

Partner with revenue and cross-functional leadership to design GTM strategies, territories, and targets that align with company growth goals

Optimize our internal GTM tech stack and processes to build for scale

Develop GTM engineering and AI strategies for the revenue organization

What you'll bring

Track record of building scalable processes for GTM orgs, reducing friction for teams while creating consistency

Understanding of the ideal modern Saas GTM tech stack and the technical ability to drive implementation of the best tools for the team

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical features into benefits for various audiences

4+ years of professional experience in RevOps or Sales Ops

Experience working at early-stage, high-growth startups

Experience with B2B SaaS, CRM, GTM software, and/or technical product marketing are a nice to have

Salary Range

New York or San Francisco: $140,000 - $180,000

London: Salary will be discussed during the interview process

What does the hiring process look like?

Introductory phone call ~ 30 minutes

Technical case interview ~ 45 minutes

Final Round ~ 3 x 30 minute interviews
