We're looking for a Learning Disability Nurse to join us as a Clinical Lead! In this role you'll be responsible for a caseload of packages within ourLearning Disability, Autism, and Mental Health service.

We're looking for a Learning Disability Nurse to join us as a Clinical Lead! In this role you'll be responsible for a caseload of packages within ourLearning Disability, Autism, and Mental Health service.
You will assess, plan, implement, and review services, making sure that care plans, risk assessments, and protocols are in place and regularly updated. Youll also play a key role in training, coaching, and developing staff teams to promote consistency, structure, and a strong commitment to our clients and their families. Working closely with families, as well as our operations, recruitment, and compliance teams, you will help safeguard both clients and staff, enabling those we support to live fulfilling and rewarding lives.
Main duties of the job
Everyday you will...
- Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, conducting audits, and participating in clinical governance meetings.
- Undertake initial holistic nursing assessments in partnership with the client, family andcarer
- Develop individualised care plans in partnership with the client, their family and otherhealthcare professionals, reviewing and updating them in line with policies and Standard Operating Procedures
- Identify and manage risks as part of care provision, producing positive risk-taking, risk-management plans and implementing safety precautions
- Deliver client-specific clinical training for staff and delegate tasks via the Nursing Upskill and Competency Framework Process
- Mentor and supervise workers,providing feedback, conducting performance reviews, and supporting professional development
