Main duties of the job
15 minute appointments
15 patients per session (mix of triage, f2f and remote consulting)
Face to face appointments are only booked by the GP (when necessary)
Flexibility on start/finish times and hybrid working patterns including remote work
All GPs leave on time !

With 12 experienced salaried GPs, a skilled mix of ANPs, Practice Nurses, HCAs, Clinical Pharmacists, Paramedics, and Physician Associates, our multidisciplinary setup means youll never feel like youre carrying the load alone.

18,000 patients
(inner city practice mixed demographic)
Large Supportive Clinical Team Made Up Of:
4 Partners
12 Salaried GPs
3 ANPs
7 Practice Nurses,
5 HCAs,
3 Physicians associates
3 Clinical Prescribing Pharmacists
Paramedics (managing majority of visits)
Clinical Admin Team in place to reduce GP workload
State-of-the-art minor surgery suite
No On-Call
Specialist clinics inc minor surgery, joint injections, family planning & more
EMIS Web clinical system
Paid CPD session (paid at same rate as clinical session)
As a Salaried GP at St Marks Medical Centre, youll benefit from a thoughtfully structured and manageable workload designed to prioritise both patient care and clinician wellbeing.
Youll see up to 15 patients per session, with 15-minute appointments as standard and a healthy mix of triage, face-to-face, and remote consultations. Importantly, only GPs decide when face-to-face appointments are needed, giving you full clinical autonomy and control over your day.
There are no on-call duties, and your time is protected through the support of an excellent multi-disciplinary team and dedicated clinical admin. Youll also have access to a paid CPD session per weekpaid at the same rate as a clinical sessionso you can invest in your growth without sacrificing income.
