The Opportunity:

We’re hiring an SDR to help drive pipeline growth across the UK and Europe. You’ll work closely with commercial leadership, marketing, and GTM operations to run outbound campaigns that actually resonate, using tools like Apollo, HubSpot, Clay, and LinkedIn.

This role isn’t about hitting a dial count, it’s about using strategy, creativity, and the right data to spark quality conversations. You’ll also help test messaging, refine ICPs, and help influence what great outbound looks like.

Your Role:

  • Prospect and engage mid-market B2C companies across key verticals
  • Book qualified meetings for the sales team using personalised outreach
  • Support early-stage inbound leads that fall outside the core ICP
  • Collaborate with marketing and GTM ops to test sequences, tooling, and workflows
  • Bring new ideas to the table and help define best practices as the team scales

What You Bring:

  • 12+ months of experience in an SDR, BDR, or entry-level SaaS sales role
  • Strong communicator who’s comfortable using video, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Curious mindset with a willingness to test, learn, and iterate
  • High levels of resilience and personal ownership
  • A team-first approach, you’re ambitious, but collaborative

Bonus points if you’ve used tools like Apollo, Clay, SalesNav, or HubSpot.
