Overview

Our client based in London is looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative to join their team. This role focuses on driving digital transformation through Salesforce technology by establishing a structured business development function.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and embed a structured business development function and process.
  • Own lead generation campaigns for new, existing, and lapsed accounts.
  • Manage end‑to‑end prospecting activity including data sourcing, outreach, and pipeline tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with Salesforce Account Executives to identify joint sales opportunities.
  • Deliver 6‑8 qualified meetings per month, with KPIs based on attended meetings.
  • Ensure consistent outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn (≈100+ outreaches daily).
  • Provide insight and leadership for future BDR hires and Academy‑trained recruits.
  • Contribute to Adapt IQ's partnership activities with Salesforce (events, joint campaigns, etc.).

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience selling software and services.

• Experience selling or supporting Salesforce solutions is an advantage.

Working Hours & Location

Monday to Friday. Office based 4 days per week in Liverpool with 1 day of remote working. Occasional travel to Dublin may be required.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience) plus uncapped commission structure.

Benefits: 25 days holiday, private health care, pension scheme.
