About The Role

We’re now looking for a driven and adaptable Sales Executive to join our commercial team. In this role, you’ll sell into a mix of our live events, memberships and industry‑leading learning solutions, across London, Las Vegas, San Francisco, New York and more. Whether you’re selling seats to our world‑class conferences or closing large‑scale certification deals with teams at Microsoft, TikTok, and HubSpot, you’ll be a key contributor to our revenue growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Engaging decision‑makers: speak directly with VPs, Directors, and other senior stakeholders at top tech companies to drive deals across certifications, memberships and event tickets.
  • Owning the full sales cycle: from prospecting and pipeline building to closing and onboarding, take full ownership of your deals, meeting and exceeding ambitious revenue targets.
  • Product mastery: become an expert in our events, learning products, and wider ecosystem to provide tailored recommendations that genuinely solve customer problems.
  • Cross‑selling opportunities: confidently pitch multiple solutions across events, certifications, and memberships to max value and deepen client relationships.
  • Customer collaboration: collaborate closely with product, content, and customer success teams to feedback insights, shape strategy, and ensure seamless client experiences.

Key requirements

  • Determined and focused; enjoy the challenge of hunting and closing new business (12 months+ experience in B2B sales environment desirable).
  • Comfortable with pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Strong communicator; the role involves working closely with many people.
  • Team player: succeed together with the broader organization.
  • Track record of not just meeting but exceeding targets.
  • Strong curiosity about technology, and prior experience with Salesforce and outreach tools is a bonus.

Location

This role is hybrid in our London office or fully remote in the UK.

Compensation

Base Salary £30,000 – 33,000, depending on experience. Commissions: Year 1 OTE £45,000, Year 2 OTE £70,000 (both uncapped).
