What You\'ll Be Doing

  • Engaging Decision-Makers: Speak directly with VPs, Directors, and other senior stakeholders at some of the world\'s top tech companies to drive deals across certifications, memberships and event tickets
  • Owning the Full Sales Cycle: From prospecting and pipeline building to closing and onboarding, take full ownership of deals, meeting and exceeding ambitious revenue targets
  • Product Mastery: Become an expert in our events, learning products, and wider ecosystem to provide tailored recommendations that solve customer problems
  • Cross-Selling Opportunities: Pitch multiple solutions across events, certifications, and memberships to maximise value and deepen client relationships
  • Customer Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product, content, and customer success teams to feedback insights, shape strategy, and ensure seamless client experiences

Qualifications / Key Requirements

  • Determined and focused; enjoy hunting and closing net new business (12 months+ experience in B2B sales desirable)
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding tough targets
  • Comfortable with pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
  • Confident, articulate, and willing to learn and grow within the role
  • Strong communicator and team player; ability to work closely with many stakeholders
  • Aptitude for technology; experience using Salesforce & Outreach tools is a bonus

Location

This role is Hybrid in our London office or fully remote in the UK

Compensation

Base Salary £30,000 - £33,000 (range depending on experience)

Commissions: Year 1 OTE £45,000 (uncapped); Year 2 OTE £70,000 (uncapped)
