Role Description
This is a full time hybrid role as a Customer Sales Executive at First Home Improvements. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be going on pre booked pre confirmed leads for customers wanting a quotation on our service, showing them samples of our product, measuring design and informing the customers of the price and the finance options available.
Responsibilities
- Engage with pre-booked leads for quotations on our service.
- Show product samples and discuss design options with customers.
- Measure and inform customers of pricing and available finance options.
Qualifications
- Good face-to-face communication skills.
- Excellent fluency in English.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Driving license.
- Experience is not required, but applying if you have experience is welcome.

Salary
Salary ranges from £35,000 - £65,000 plus.
