Role Description

This is a full time hybrid role as a Customer Sales Executive at First Home Improvements. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be going on pre booked pre confirmed leads for customers wanting a quotation on our service, showing them samples of our product, measuring design and informing the customers of the price and the finance options available.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with pre-booked leads for quotations on our service.
  • Show product samples and discuss design options with customers.
  • Measure and inform customers of pricing and available finance options.

Qualifications

  • Good face-to-face communication skills.
  • Excellent fluency in English.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Driving license.
  • Experience is not required, but applying if you have experience is welcome.

Salary

Salary ranges from £35,000 - £65,000 plus.
