Outbound Sales Business Development Consultant – Set the Stage for Success
Location: Hybrid (Bracknell HQ – Office-based Tuesday to Thursday)
Salary: Up to £28,000 basic + uncapped commission

Now, we’re looking for energetic, ambitious outbound sales professionals to fuel our growth and book high-quality appointments for our Business Development Managers.
The Role: Outbound Sales Business Development Consultant
This is a high-energy, target-driven role where you’ll be at the forefront of our sales pipeline. Your mission? Open doors and create opportunities.
In this role, you’ll:
- Proactively reach out to prospects via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
- Book qualified appointments for our Business Development Managers to close
- Identify key decision-makers and uncover their pain points
- Build rapport quickly and position iHasco as a trusted training provider
- Work with warm leads and re-engage lapsed clients (no 100% cold list!)
- Manage your pipeline using our CRM and keep accurate records

- Be confident on the phone and love cold calling
- Have experience booking appointments or working in lead generation
- Communicate clearly, persuasively, and with energy
- Handle objections like a pro and bounce back fast
- Be self-motivated, target-driven, and ready to learn
- Know your way around a CRM system (or willing to learn quickly)
