Summary

A new position has opened for a Sales Executive to join a premium tech company in Romsey, Hampshire. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to start in sales (or has some experience) and contribute to the growing success of a profitable business. You will gain access to training and support to set you up for a successful career in sales. You will manage your own desk of work, handling the full sales pipeline: identifying leads, pursuing potential clients, and closing deals. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter who is motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

The Company

The company will provide training and ongoing support, plus the tools needed to ensure success. They are known for building long-lasting client relationships due to high-quality customer service and software products. As a member of the sales team, you will join a proactive and organized group and have access to a benefits package including a £30k starting salary, uncapped commission, flexible working options, and 31 days holiday (including bank holidays).

The Role

Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, relationship-focused, and highly sales-oriented. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Generate and chase sales leads
  • Use the company CRM system to manage your sales pipeline with accuracy
  • Attend client meetings and trade shows to stay updated with industry trends and to develop new contacts
  • Conduct cold calls, identify client needs, and advise on solutions
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support business development and campaign initiatives
  • Uncapped commission
  • 31 days holiday (incl. bank holidays)
