Are you an experienced Sales Executive looking to join a well-established Inbound Sales team in Manchester? This is your chance to be part of a business that's making a real impact — through meaningful customer interactions, a supportive culture, and a commitment to excellence.

Location: Irlam, Manchester

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: £27,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (Hybrid working after probation)

Responsibilities

  • Consultative Selling: Create and maximise sales opportunities through a consultative approach while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
  • Customer Engagement: Handle inbound inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Product Expertise: Recommend the best products suited to customer needs, upsell associated services, and provide official quotes.
  • Follow-Up: Chase quotes and maintain communication via phone and email.
  • CRM Management: Accurately record all customer interactions and opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Team Support: Help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office by supporting management and colleagues.
  • Main Duties Include:
    • Deliver high levels of customer service aligned with company standards
    • Confidently recommend products and solutions over the phone
    • Upsell and explore additional opportunities
    • Provide quotes and product information via phone and email
    • Follow up on quotes and enquiries professionally
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
    • Record communications and product details in CRM
    • Continuously develop product knowledge
    • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
    • Support other duties as assigned
