This role offers a fantastichybrid work arrangement, with2 days working from homeand3 days based at our Romford office.

The Role
As aSales Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving business development and fostering lasting relationships with both new and existing clients. Your main goal will be to identify opportunities and grow revenue within the driving, industrial, and grounds maintenance sectors.
This is a hybrid role, providing the flexibility to work from hometwo days a weekwhile spendingthree days in the office, collaborating with our team in Romford.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business by makingcold calls, networking, and building strong client relationships.
- Cultivate and maintain ongoing relationships withexisting clients, ensuring repeat business.
- Proactively identifysales opportunitiesacross our core sectors: driving, industrial, and grounds maintenance.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to fully understandclient needsand provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Achieve and exceed salestargets, driving revenue growth and making a measurable impact on business success.
- Stay informed aboutmarket trendsand competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
About You
The ideal candidate is:
- Experienced insalesorbusiness development, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets (experience in recruitment is a plus).
- A confident and engaging communicator with excellentpresentationandnegotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and ambitious, thriving in atarget-driven environment.
- Adaptable to hybrid working, with the ability to balance office collaboration and remote productivity.
- Knowledgeable (or eager to learn) about thedriving, industrial, and grounds maintenance sectors.
