Role Summary

A results-driven Sales Executive will have a main focus to convert warm leads into paying customers. You\'ll represent the firm\'s values and help prospective clients take their first step in building wealth through property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert inbound leads (webinar attendees, social media inquiries, event guests) into course sales
  • Conduct discovery calls, qualify prospects, and recommend appropriate coaching products
  • Follow up via phone, email, and CRM to close deals
  • Work to daily KPIs and revenue targets
  • Attend property networking events, occasionally present, and represent the brand

Requirements

  • 2+ years\' experience in B2C or B2B sales (ideally events, training, or high-ticket services)
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills
  • Comfortable selling over the phone and via online virtual platforms (Zoom/Teams/Meets)

Bonus Skills

  • Passion for property, self-development, or coaching is a huge plus.
  • Uncapped commission - the sky is the limit
