The Role

The Senior Sales Executive is an individual contributor role selling to prospective and existing clients. This role will have the remit to drive sales of our solutions across the EMEA region through both direct sales and partners. It is your responsibility to drive new annual recurring revenues for our SaaS solutions and work in partnership with colleagues in Partnerships and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, drive, and close new deals with new logo and existing clients within your territory, driving new ARR for the company, on or beyond your annual quota.
  • Build a strong pipeline of opportunities that will create a book of business for years to come.
  • Work collaboratively with Customer Experience, Partner Sales, and Solutions Consulting teams during the pre-sales and post-sales stages to ensure successful outcomes leading to highly referenceable clients.
  • Build long-term, strategic C-level and other relevant relationships at key prospective clients, learning their strategic initiatives and how our solutions map to those objectives.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with key partners.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of successful track record selling enterprise SaaS solutions to key decision makers in the Wealth Management industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Experience working at start-up or small, high-growth companies.
  • Strong network and connections to be able to hit the ground running.
  • Experience with Financial Services SaaS verticals like banking, wealth management, or asset management (preference for Wealth Mgmt).
  • Connections with key decision makers in tier 1 and 2 wealth management firms within banks, insurance companies, and other key firms across the EMEA market.
  • Strong major account financial technology sales executive skills.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, persistent, and driven while capable of fitting into a team.
  • Creative, imaginative, and hands-on.
  • Confident and articulate with excellent communications, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Enthusiastic self-starter, flexible and adaptable as required to ensure success.
  • Strong negotiator with an intuitive understanding of human behavior and motivators.
  • Technical aptitude and/or background in technology.
  • Experience with strategic deal design and introducing new products to market.
  • Proven ability to sell collaboratively with multiple internal stakeholders and teams.
  • Extensive travel is part of the job.
  • Initially, this will be an independent contractor employment structure until legal status is established in the UK. Currently, offices are located in Toronto and Madrid.
