Overview

Sales Lead role in a well-established London FinTech wealth-management SaaS business. Package: £80,000-£100,000 with up to £200k OTE. London-based with office presence twice a week. The company develops SaaS applications to enhance client experience and streamline operations, with rapid growth and a global footprint. The business has recently launched a broader product suite aimed at the FinTech & Wealth Management markets.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the end-to-end sales cycle and contribute to the wider sales strategy.
  • Conduct market research, lead generation, prospecting and close deals around the value of £250k.
  • Manage existing client relationships and expand accounts where possible.
  • Engage with C-suite decision makers in the Financial Services space.
  • Attend industry events, conferences and webinars.
  • Lead a small team of 2-3 and collaborate with marketing, development, product and client success teams.

Requirements

  • Salary: £80,000-£100,000 with up to £200k OTE.
  • Excellent sales experience in a SaaS-driven FinTech environment.
  • Confident selling SaaS products to C-Suite decision makers.
  • Strong track record of exceeding targets for new business and existing accounts.
  • Live and breathe the sales cycle.
  • Ability to work in Central London twice a week.
