Job Title: Sales Operations Analyst

Location: Hybrid London

Remuneration: Up to £38.46 per hour

Contract Details: Temporary (9 months)

Responsibilities

  • Data Driven Business Insights: Lead business reviews and conduct impactful analyses on revenue trends, product adoption, and sales effectiveness. Utilise tools like Tableau, SQL, and advanced Excel to inform executives of revenue opportunities and strategic priorities.
  • Operating Cadence/Rhythm of Business: Execute standard operations cadence, including goal-setting and revenue reviews. Drive operational efficiency and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Planning and Go-to-Market Design: Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design and execute annual planning processes. Drive strategy and resource budgeting plans across teams.
  • Strategic Projects and Initiatives: Identify and lead critical projects that support revenue growth. Translate global initiatives to regional levels, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
  • Stakeholder Management and Strategic Partnership: Build effective, collaborative relationships across teams to enhance analytical and planning initiatives. Act as a trusted partner to the sales organisation.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in strategy and operations, consulting, or a quantitative field (e.g., investment banking, tech company).
  • Proficient in SQL for data analysis and building quantitative models.
  • Strong problem-solving and analysis skills, with a proven track record of tackling complex business challenges.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in digital media, internet, or technology industries.
