Overview

The client is seeking a highly strategic, quantitative, process- and detail-oriented professional to join the EMEA Sales Strategy Planning & Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a global team and drive go-to-market strategy in partnership with Sales leaders. The mission of the Sales Strategy Planning & Operations group is to drive efficient revenue growth and product adoption by aligning business to monetization priorities and transforming our business into a data-driven organization. This role will support multiple in-market sales teams, acting as a member of market operations leadership and working closely with Business / Country Directors on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

  • Data-driven business insights: Lead business reviews; drive analyses on major revenue and product trends, including revenue performance, product adoption, leading revenue indicators, productivity and sales effectiveness. Develop data analytics and insights using Tableau, SQL, and advanced Excel to inform executives and management of revenue upside opportunities, risks, and strategic priorities.
  • Operating cadence / rhythm of business: Execute standard cadence of operations (e.g., goal-setting, revenue reviews, key accounts reviews). Drive operational rigor in the sales organization by identifying and executing on opportunity areas that create efficiency and improve processes.
  • Planning and go-to-market design: Design and execute an annual planning process with cross-functional partners; support budgeting plans (e.g., headcount); collaborate on go-to-market design decisions including portfolio management, segmentation, and organizational design.
  • Strategic projects and initiatives: Identify and drive critical projects to support revenue growth; translate global initiatives to regional level and help drive corporate alignment; develop regional projects with potential to scale globally.
  • Stakeholder management and strategic partnership: Serve as an objective, trusted partner to the sales organization and collaborate with SSP&O teams to drive analytical and planning initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Approximately 6+ years of relevant experience in strategy and operations within a consulting environment, corporate strategy/operations, quantitative fields (e.g., investment banking, PE/VC), or similar tech company.
  • Proficiency in extracting and manipulating data using SQL for running data analyses and building quantitative models.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with experience solving complex business problems (commercial, operational, organizational).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence stakeholders at all levels of seniority, with proven success in communication/presentation.

Required Skills

  • Advanced analytical skills (advanced Excel and SQL mandatory).
  • Proven collaboration with stakeholder and change management experience.

Preferred Skills

  • MBA or graduate degree in an analytical field.
  • Strong Excel, SQL, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience in Digital media, internet, or technology industries.

Pay range and compensation package

Rate: TBC

Location: London, UK - Hybrid
