How You Can Play Your Part

As an Internal Customer Account Developer your role will be creating relationships with our Business Development Managers and customers.

You Will

  • Build relationships and trust with customers to deliver a high-quality professional excellence in service to external customers and DAUK colleagues.
  • Manage allocated existing accounts through the proactive ownership and timely resolution of all customer queries linked to product sales.
  • Be the first point of support for customers and ownership of enquiry resolution, following up and communicating to the customer on all issues in a timely manner.

About You

You will have previous customer service experience, with transferable skills suitable to the role. We are looking for a team player, someone who is excellent at relationship building. You need to be willing to pick up the phone and talk to customers, and you will have the opportunity to be part of the evolution of our customer service journey.
