Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will provide day-to-day support for our Salesforce platform, assist with completing administrative tasks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the system meets the needs of our users. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career in Salesforce administration and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to internal user requests and questions related to Salesforce functionality and features via our Zendesk Support platform.
  • Assist users with logging in, password resets, and basic navigation on Salesforce and other platforms we manage.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to opportunities, products, billing, reports, dashboards, and data entry within Salesforce.
  • Perform data imports, exports, and updates using tools like Data Loader or Validity Demand Tools.
  • Ensure data accuracy and cleanliness by identifying and resolving duplicate or incomplete records.
  • Assist with creating and maintaining data validation rules.
  • Collaborate with the team and Sales Stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
  • Suggest enhancements to streamline workflows and improve user experience.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Salesforce functionality, including reports, dashboards, and user administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Willingness to take direction and learn from experienced team members.
  • A strong interest in Salesforce and a willingness to learn.

Desirable

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification or intention to pursue certification.
  • Previous Salesforce Administration experience.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and Docusign.
