Job Overview

I am partnering with an established organisation as they look to hire a Salesforce professional who can operate across technical work, whilst leading a small team of 3.

Responsibilities

• Driving research, adoption, and integration of emerging technologies.
• Leading product development and business systems (with Salesforce at the core).
• Safeguarding operations through robust cybersecurity and compliance practices.
• Maximising value from budgets, partnerships, and resources.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to the Board, C‑Suite, and wider stakeholders—translating technology investments into measurable business outcomes.

Other Details

This role reports directly to the CEO, with a hybrid working pattern of 3 days in office and 2 from home. Some further flex may be a potential and happy to discuss this if required.

The role is paying up to £80,000 + benefits. With this opportunity you will have the chance to be the main point of contact for all things tech, including the opportunity to innovate and be creative with the technology suits of choice, whilst adopting AI and Automation at the forefront of the plans, something the business have already started to deliver.
