Overview SAP PMR Functional Consultant. Location: Leeds (Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite per week). Contract: 6 months. Rate: £600/day inside IR35. We are seeking an experienced SAP PMR Functional Consultant to join a major retail transformation project. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to design, build, and implement complex SAP Retail solutions with a strong focus on Promotion Management for Retail (PMR). Responsibilities

Lead the design, build, and implementation of SAP Retail solutions. Configure, customize, and test SAP PMR modules. Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into system specifications. Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve SAP PMR issues. Collaborate with IT and business process owners to ensure template integrity and manage change requests. Produce documentation including functional specifications, test scenarios, and training materials.

Key Skills & Experience

10-12 years' IT experience with 8+ years in SAP Retail functional modules. Strong expertise in SAP PMR (Promotion Management for Retail). End-to-end SAP implementation experience including client workshops and fit-gap analysis. Ability to assess, validate, and implement configuration changes. Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.
