Location : Middlesbrough (Hybrid – 2 days office-based, remainder remote)

Contract : Initial 6-month

Hours : Full-time

The Opportunity Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for SEND Case Officers on behalf of Middlesbrough Council’s SEND Assessment and Review Team. Role Overview

As a SEND Case Officer, you’ll play a key role in delivering the statutory SEND service across Middlesbrough. You’ll be responsible for managing a varied caseload that includes :

• Children newly referred for assessment
• Children undergoing the statutory assessment process
• Children and young people with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) requiring ongoing review
