A snapshot of the role:

  • Overseeing the strategic direction of client accounts and social campaigns.
  • Overseeing work completed by the team ensuring work meets the content brief and client messaging / tone.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign progress.
  • Identify opportunities for new business.
  • Motivate and develop team members ensuring a positive culture.
  • Support with budgeting, financial planning, and timelines.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Proven experience in an agency environment with a focus on social and consumer campaigns – this is essential.
  • Proven experience of managing top-level client accounts.
  • Proven experience of leading on account strategy.
  • A positive work ethic and management style.
