Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Account Director to join our dynamic Client Services team. You will collaborate with Associate Directors and Client Partners to deliver excellent service, grow flagship accounts, and drive outstanding social campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall strategy and execution of all activities across allocated client accounts.
  • Build and nurture positive client relationships to encourage retention and expanded scope.
  • Manage crisis situations with a solution‑focused approach, escalating when necessary.
  • Oversee budgeting of client projects, ensuring alignment with briefs, agency rate cards, and agreed scopes.
  • Partner with internal departments to develop and create the best work.
  • Set account strategy in collaboration with the internal strategy team, reviewing regularly to stay true to the approved direction.
  • Play a key role in new business pitches, often leading deck creation and working closely with the New Business Director.
  • Line‑manage the team, supporting career development and guiding roles.

Qualifications

  • Proven Senior Account Director or Account Director experience at a social‑first or creative agency.
  • Strong end‑to‑end project delivery skills: timelines, budgets, documentation, and execution with precision.
  • Excellent client relationship building—trusted strategic partner.
  • Inspiring team leader with a supportive, hands‑on management style.
  • Efficient juggling of multiple clients and internal resource allocation.
  • Deep understanding of social platforms, trends, and cultural moments.
  • Proactive, solutions‑focused, and consistently willing to go above and beyond.
